# Pages: up to 2 sheets (single or double sided)
Address block and postage imprint on bottom third of the back of the last page

Letters

Size: 8 ½ x 11
# Pages: up to 2 sheets front and back (Letters do not have an address block. They will be inserted into envelopes and the envelopes will be addressed along with the postage permit)

Miscellaneous

Document Margins -

All margins should be set within your application to ¼".

Reserved Areas -

Two reserved areas on all formats except Emails, Faxes and Letters

A 1" x 1" area in the upper right of the addressed area for the postal indicia (postage permit imprint)

A 3 ½" x 1 ½" block for the address and barcode. This block is 1/4" from the right edge and 5/8" above the bottom edge of the addressed page. (For small postcards, the address block is flush with the right edge of the card)

* When printing to a PDF, you must have the full commercial version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.
